Remembering #SylviaPlath, who died 62 years ago today 🌷 "Every day is so precious I feel infinitely sad at the thought of all this time melting farther and farther away from me as I grow older. Now, now is the perfect time of my life." (27 October 1932 – 11 February 1963)

'It was completely dark outside the window. A wooden horse with nobody on it was swaying on the snow. A chainsaw tore the night sky and the moonlight was shining on the cold pond. A gunshot sprung over the spring water. A shadow drinking whiskey at the gazebo shot a coyote' 🧨 ♦️
Please enjoy my short fiction published on @3ammagazine, 2022.

@timkcraig Interesting, Tim. In my view, collections are sequenced for narrative cohesion, not in order of rank. I feel I'd be missing out on an extra layer if I bypassed the author's choice of story placement.
