Hi! I’m allowed to shout it out now— I’VE WON THIS YEAR’S ‘NEW POETS PRIZE’ and my pamphlet, NOTES ON BURIALS, will be coming out next year. I’m very grateful to @HRHOPKINS for finding worth in my work and to THE @POETRYBUSINESS for organising this. 🥹
I’ve had some news for sometime now that I’m told I cannot talk about yet, but it's something really good and also something I’d been working towards for years. 🎉 Also, ‘Trying’ (@appletv) is possibly the best show anywhere right now.

I read ‘Angel Hill’ moving between Prayagraj and Indore, and it was very much a comfort. Such a loss, Michael Longley’s death. I began this post meaning to make sense, but at this moment much loses its value. I'm sorry it has happened. I shall remember his work for its warmth.
