Sorry you find the legitimate concerns of thousands of medics ‘mind-numbing’ Dr Coffey.
Sorry you think those same medics aren’t *also* getting on with their jobs in stressed environments.
While the mind-numbingly repetitive narrative continues, thousands of ACPs & PAs get on with the job daily, without fuss, often in stressed environments, contributing hugely to patient care, education & service improvement.
The dire state of the NHS is not of their making.

Thanks for this Allison. My weekend on call nights as the med reg had felt pretty busy in terms of the numbers admitted (and exacerbated by the fact the other hospital in the trust had to divert to us as no beds), but I’m relieved to know we were literally empty all along 👍🏻
