UPDATED: Effective 6 p.m. EST (Jan 23), another portion of WESTBOUND Interstate 10 (I-10) has reopened to traffic. Westbound I-10 has reopened from Mile Marker 142 (State Road 71) to the Alabama/Florida State Line. This means that I-10 is now open from these locations:(shown in
