Neither of you understand how the military works. If secdef is giving orders, that means Active Duty soldiers. If “soldiers are defecting” to Texas national guard, that means active troops interacting with NG troops. None of that is happening.

They used ratchet straps to secure MRAP’s. During takeoff, the shocks compressed and then snapped them. Chains should’ve been used. I was there.
