Elon Musk has zero legal authority to do anything on behalf of the government. He has no immunity. He should be sued for theft of personal information ,violation of civil rights immediately. He is just a rich guy stealing stuff. He has nothing but a website. If Musk has frozen any computer you have access to for work SUE him ASAP. Musk is nothing.
