Ellie Osborne and I are excited to talk about how we've approached KS3 enquiries with a focus on the types of sources we use, as well as the substantive content we teach. Lots of practical examples of enquiries and where to find a range of different sources! 📚 🖋 👩🏫
Find out how to use non-traditional sources to help decolonise your curriculum with @MollyNavey at the PH conference 4/2/23. An inspirational session. Not to be missed £65 or less for the day. #historyteacher @OUPSecondary @SussexUniESW

I'd really recommend the SLDP to anyone aspiring to be a SL (and current SLs too)! It has been invaluable- not just the various units but also the opportunity to work with other History teachers and to share ideas. Definitely worth signing up for! 📙 🖊️📖
I loved the discussion webinar with my small group today! If you're an SL or aspiring SL do come and join us for practical + great value CPD! We still have a bit of space on the spring cohort (5th Jan to 23rd Mar) AND A bit more space on the Summer one (20th Apr to 13th Jul)

@thefrozensea Thanks so much @thefrozensea! I am using my school's local history as a starting point when I teach to Y9 this year. I made the lessons initially during covid lockdowns so have now had a chance to get to our local museums and archives. Think it makes all the difference 1/2

It was a genuine privilege to work with the @Sesc_Cam team on this project. @AnnieThwaite was absolutely brilliant and hearing about @hannahcusworth, @jonnysellin and @adschapman's schemes as they've developed has made me even more excited about post-WW2 British social history.
Red letter day for us, with thanks to our funders @ESRC and WP initiatives @Cambridge_Uni, our partner @histassoc, especially to our teacher collaborators @jonnysellin, @hannahcusworth, @MollyNavey and @adschapman, and to @AnnieThwaite who masterminded it all.
