@JoeEHanley @apf102 Also I’m still working out network analysis as a method. What I find worrying is that these are the links that are documented and so much of the network is not visible or documented.

@JoeEHanley @apf102 I’ve actually mapped out the networks! It’s more a solar system that orbits around teach first, ambition, oak and NIOT.

@apf102 I think the phrase ‘expressed a need to strengthen’ is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Can you strengthen something that is absent?

@JoeEHanley @apf102 Twistelton wasnt on the advisory group listed in the framework. The only person from HEI for ECF was Becky Francis, then UCL who now leads the EEF. But may have been involved as a wider advisory not listed.
