@MalloryMcMorrow And let’s be clear it is not a shortage. There’s been no big influx of people. There’s almost 2 dozen empty homes for every homeless person. Corporations & air BnB bought over HALF of home sales THAT is the issue. Maui banned short term rentals and prices are DROPPING. IN HAWAII

That changes nothing about weather or not the stadium should’ve been torn down and a new one built downtown. For the record downtown wasn’t anything even close to as nice as it is now
