IDK. Trans women never bothered me in the restrooms. Plenty of TERFs have peeped though and one sexually assaulted me by grabbing my vulva. The look on her face was priceless when she realized she wasn't holding balls, but it didn't last long because I put her on the ground.

As a woman with both intense periods and bladder issues, I carry a tote with plastic bags, spare panties, and pads to deal with such emergencies. I suspect most with these problems do, because in my 51 years I have never seen a woman use a public bathroom sink to deal with this.
