Driven a Subaru Outback & I'm very very impressed by it's performance. Mostly bc of how effortlessly it does 100km/h on light foot, thus very good fuel figures.
I was comfortably doing 80km/h at 2-2500rpms on Meru hills which is quite impressive! Toyota's 2.4/2.5-V6 could never!

But on almost all German/European cars, 140km/h+ feels like you're doing 100km/h. You don't feel the high speeds at all

I just completed a (very) mild throttle 200km run and did 16km/l on a 2.4l engine. I honestly can't believe it.
The same engine I'd celebrate when it hit 10km/l can actually do 16km/l?
How do you even explain that a 2.4l only used fuel worth about ksh1600 on a 200km trip? How?😂
