Admitted a 19/F last week who was Dengue IgM and P. Vivax malaria both +ve p/w dengue shock syndrome and ARDS! She was on Noradrenaline support (4 Amp in 50 cc NS @ 16 ml/hr) for long! Discharged her today and she gifted me this!
Sharing here a link of the drive where I have uploaded all the notes from my Instagram page!
This notes covers such high yield topics from
#NEETPG
and
#INICET
PG point of view which are volatile/difficult to understand/repeatedly asked ones! 1/3
So before the residency starts and I get superbusy, I thought to reach out to maximum people so as to benefit them as much as possible! Shared this back in June on my insta page but none other than
#Medtwitter
can be a better platform for this!
#neetpg2022
#neetpg2023
Literally felt the dialogue of
#KGF
today-"Is duniya mai sabse bada yoddha 'Maa' hoti hai!" She came here for 2 days, managed everything herself at a new place, removed all my tiredness and stress and filled me with entire new energy! Love you Maa❤!
Feeling good for my USMLE friends now!!! This government itself is forcing it's brilliant minds to leave the country and study abroad!! Can't be more disappointed!! Aur kitna ladenge?
Since many people on
#MedTwitter
asked me about the frequency of GTs I had given and the correct answer rate-thought to share my journey in a GT point of view here!
It's been one and a half week and have started feeling this entirely different world from what UG was! + cardio exercise everyday-my watch shows "completed 8 kms" every evening!!
It's difficult-Hope I get acclimatized to it as soon as possible!
It was 2017 when
@gujuni1949
'd declared our 1st proff exams results and Top 10 rankers of the university were from
@bjmc_ahmedabad
! Dreamt of being in that list back then! It's 2022 now and the result of NEETPG has 25+ students under 1k! So proud of being a part of BJMC'16!
The people I've met in Medschool have turned out to be so helpful at times that I just can't thank them in words! Be they either juniors/seniors/batchmates-they've always stood up for me in difficult times! This is something I consider my biggest achievement so far!!
#grateful
!
It was today only when I was sitting relaxed for a moment and I realized how badly I'm missing my school life as well as UG life! God! take me back there! :(
1. A year of residency has passed in the blink of an eye! So grateful to my colleagues who have become family now; to my seniors for being the best ones ever! Indeed, first year PG will be the most memorable one in my career!
To those who have got admission through AIQ and having their names in SQ of Gujarat as well! Ye kya trial trial game chal raha hai? The people who haven't get allotted the seats of their choice just because of this 'seat blocking game', think of their mental status!!
To NEETPG aspirants out there! Stay calm and have a proper sleep today! Have faith in yourself! Staying freshed will help you remember things easily during exam! Remember-presence of mind and getting simple basic Qs correct are the determinants of a good rank!
#MedTwitter
Discharged a 50/M, k/c/o COPD+LVD p/w acute exacerbation! His mother, an old lady tried to give me 100₹ and a blessing, "Aapne mehnat ki isliye theek hua hai, ise ashirvad samaj ke lelo" Man, this job as a doctor is exhausting but at the same time, satisfying as well :)
One and a half years of residency and here are the mentors, teachers and colleagues I'm grateful to; for making this journey what it meant to be!
#MedTwitter
Had to wake up at 4 in the morning. It felt so unusual and difficult to me after this loooong vacation!!! Doubting upon my capacity to adapt it as a daily routine, myself told me-"ye to abhi trailer hai boss!"

More than the physical thing, the amount of blessings and love from your patients you get in this nobel profession is always unmatchable!

#MedTwitter
Main purpose of creating these notes was to reach out to the future aspirants to share my methods of memorising and conceptualizing the various topics of MBBS thus simplifying their preparation for PG entrance exams! 2/3
So sharing here the strategies which helped me achieve the dream ranks in
#INICET2022
and
#NEETPG2022
!
I have tried to cover as many queries as I could! If anyone especially future NEETPG aspirants have any doubt, you can ask in the comments OR DM me!
Trying to answer and solve as many queries as I can for NEETPG 2023! Always love to mentor and guide juniors/future aspirants! You can post your question here if you have any-

21/M k/c/o GTCS p/w status epilepticus to us having this typical finding on MRI brain! Can you recall this rdaiological sign and the condition associated with it?
A year long exile seems to cease,
With experiences that will have some ease.
Countless nights that didn't seem to end,
With innumerable patients that had to be mend
With never ending tonnes of work to be done
Only to know that it had only begun.

Notes need to be shortened! We have communicated the same problem that everyone is facing with the team also! For UG years, notes are fine but not for internship! But in terms of Qbank and Testseries, Marrow is still unmatchable!
There was a mistake in the notes named 'Biochem-Genetics' with regards to RNA Polymerases and RNAs synsthesized by them. I have deleted the previous one, rectified it and uploaded the corrected notes. Apologies for that!
@jayshah68
@marrow_med
💯! We got a chance know the process and realize how the quality is maintained + amplified every year! Also, hats off to their welcoming nature with respect to criticism! We were loving the
@marrow_med
as a learning tool the most, but now we love it for its people the most!
To the Indian film makers, Ravan wasn't some nasty person with fancy haircut (as has been shown in many versions of ramayana)! He was a respected king! "If it's not easy to be lord Ram, then it's also not easy to be Ravan to kill whom, the vishnu himself had to born as human!"5/n
The gatekeepers of Lord vishnu, Jay and Vijay were cursed to undergo multiple births as demons!
As a part of that, Jay was born as Hiranyakashyap, Ravan (Vijay was born as Kumbhakarna) and Shishupal respectively who were killed by various incarnations of Lord vishnu! 3/n
@DrAditya2935
@drankitkhatkar
Yes sir! They have the modules of PYQs(last 5-6 years) for both INI-CET and NEET separately! Solving Qbank/tests alone is never complete without PYQs!
@GuyThatbrown
To review qualitatively-I used to do 20 Qs a day every morning-that would take 10 days to review 1 GT for me provided I have done 20Qs/day consistently! I believe dividing GT in small portions eg 20/30/50 Qs a day will help you revise all the Qs(right/wrong/skipped) effectively!
PS-I tried to depict the late shree
#ArvindTrivedi
ji in the doodle-art I have made, who played a role of Ravan in
#Ramanandsagar
Ramayana and have left his immortal face as Dashanan Ravan in our memories forever! n/n
According to the Valmiki Ramayana, Ravan was the eldest son of sage Vishrava and Kaikasi, and a grandson of sage Pulastya, who was mind-born son of Brahma! He was a brahmin! 2/n
Thanks for recommending this wonderful piece
@Varnan_1
! ❤ It was soothing!! These movies are a gem which can bring tears in your eyes despite being animations! The good dinosaur!
#DisneyPlusHotstar
I am in awe of my seniors and my unit. They will scratch every bit of literature and order every test to reach a diagnosis which can improve patient prognosis 🙇♂️.
2. 1st year of residency doesn't only provide you the best learning experience, but it also shapes your personality in a way that you can withstand/handle any situation in your life! Apart from your medical knowledge and patient management-
May this New year begin the end of the pandemic 2020!✨

@DrMeet_Ghonia
True that! Me and
@jayshah68
discussed same things few days back! We were receiving some random mails regarding certain conferences and similar stuffs! They were forwarded to all top 100 rankers with the email IDs of everyone attached!
3. Your communication skills, your attitude, your socialism, and your contacts with colleagues and seniors develop! Had another level of roller-coaster journey being out of the comfort zone and at the same time, grateful to have learned so much at the end!
@ravindra_m_v
The very first version of Ramayana that I had watched when I was a kid and the reason why started developing interest in indian mythology! I can still recall the soothing songs of this gem word to word!

40/F p/w LRTI+sepsis with sensory ataxia, GGOs on HRCT thorax, ANA -ve, Anti-Ro +ve, RAF -ve, Schirmer's +ve, DAT grade 2 +ve, Persistent HypoK+, 24 hr urine protein 1.5 g/d. Can this case be labelled as Sjogren's OR do we need any other finding to confirm Dx?
@tea_on_loop
1.Yes PYQs do help. Especially INICET has on an average around 20+ questions in repeat. Even if not direct repeats, then the questions will somehow be related to the PYQs.
The images especially!
I would say revising atleast previous 5 years' questions is must!

I haven't used any of the above sources you mentioned! Watched Dr Najeeb's videos during 1st and 2nd proffs tho! But again for NEET, DAMS/Marrow would be enough! You won't miss anything significant if you are not using any of these but yes, they can make your preparation easier!
@JaySavla15
Happens every week-epsecially the patients who are there for more than a week-every post emergency day they'd say-"Aap kal aaye nahi! abhi 3 din firse nind nahi hogina aapko!"
@drakhilsb
@Anjali_Lhmc
Although I had a wifi but as soon as they dial a normal call, my truecaller notification would pop up and I would turn off my wifi immediately so that no text/call on whatsApp will be possible! 😂 I'll say this to my interns, "ham vahi se hoke aaye hai jaha tum aaj ho!"
