Taking the #'s straight away without any scaling effects- and assuming that's a 2-week payout total... If you want to make a career off of Twitter payouts alone to get approx $75K gross annual payouts from Elon (which after all costs would still put you around the poverty line): You would need to increase your 7-day impressions ~66.3x, to roughly 265M impressions every 7 days. Very doable.
