For all the "isn't it like this for every pitcher" people - Ray is significantly the craziest.
I was ready to dismiss this ERA change as something that happens with all pitchers. In fact Robbie Ray has the largest difference in the rate of runs allowed between his worst inning and the rest of the game (SP seasons with Min 10 starts, 2010 onwards).
