Today's JACC: Temporal trends in TAVR vs SAVR in 142,953 pts between 2015 and 2021 from >250 US hospitals. Increasing TAVR over time in all age groups. TAVR dominant in ≥65yo pts, ~50% in <65yo pts. We need more bicuspid and ≥10-year data. @HarryDauerman
