@RodrigoBagur We had a low gradient after 24 post bav with true (5 mm hg mean) despite some recoil. For a 26 s3, would not have thought BVF frack needed—only optimize. Ok to go biggger than 24 true due to leaflet tear issue? . Am still figuring out post BAV sizing …
