@TRobinsonNewEra
It’s literally a fantasy science fiction series with aliens, a tardis, time travel and bloody daleks, the Dr could be pi k with green eyes and three heads…it’s literally fiction
@Jenny_1884
Love the fact you instantly assume it’s because people are claiming benefit and don’t want to work, when in truth it’ll be linked to the hours available and the pay. Also the fact small businesses like that operate on minimal staff meaning when even one person is off it hits hard
@1tsgood2befree
Typical bitter, angry at everything they don’t like piece by a Guardian journo. Liam was incredibly supportive of Simon Fowler when the scum media were trying to put him, similarly, he was friends and a fan of George Michael
@rjb_1998
The image of hundreds of swiftys piled into the The Torch necking dark fruits out of plastic glasses, contained behind those big metal fences does make me smile
@E2Teacher
Having fair, trauma informed and relational approaches in schools which aren’t behaviourist or punitive still have a positive impact and allow for high expectations. Still have positive outcomes yet ensure everyone’s needs are met
@Taj_Ali1
They haven’t actually taken money off of them though, they’ve just introduced a system to ensure the most needy get additional money. The threshold may be lower than it needs to be but the principle is right…
@parkamonkey_mx
It’s a classic clickbait piece from someone that is angry at everything all the time. It’s their MO. I don’t like Taylor Swift but I’d never diminish her impact on young kids and the pop industry. These journos hate anything that’s not a pointless Bjork B side
@Anfieldexile
Surely this level of political pontificating and posturing, whilst in the roles she has is not meeting the standards outlined for headteachers and teachers?
@sophielouisecc
But they’re not saying they’ll only work two days a week, they’re saying there’s little need for them to attend the office. In fact, if all our staff worked in the office there wouldn’t be enough space for them…
@GBGreatAgain
@stevec3457
The amount of people that use Alf Garnett as their poster child without realising he was literally taking the piss out of those very people is astounding…
@xannon199
What baffles me more is how freely people just shovelled cash into that ‘charity’ when it was a lie from the very beginning…and she used her dad’s titles when she spoke about him. That in itself is proper weird…
@DaveAtherton20
someone moaning about people having time to decorate wards and make TikTok’s found the time to faff about on social media, ironic. It concerns me more than people like this work for the NHS. At no point do they talk about patients or demonstrate any concern for them
@GrimsbyBoy1984
Knowing the way some of the rumours pan out on there it’s probably a bloke that works for the council and uses Carr Lane Chinese twice a week
@njmcfc1894
Still doesn’t give the £25k a year bloke the right to just spend all that money to boo and shout like a giant baby. The videos of those folk leaving are just tragic
@ZaryaSteel
He doesn’t tell the truth. He spouts racist guff and uses war like rhetoric. He’s be the furthest away from an actual war and he’s a walking hypocrite, nothing about Farage is genuine or about the people. Blokes a disgrace
@MorrisonBeth
What baffles me more about these sorts of stories is that having spent a considerable amount of time working in youth justice settings, then SEMH, we never used a spit hood once, and several were genuine spitters…
@BladeoftheS
Can’t even fabricate the truth effectively. I’ve been to London Town many times and never seen anyone pushing anything other than tacky T-shirts and those dreadful Big Ben magnets…oh, don’t forget the odd Jehovahs Witness offering folk the Watchtower
@lia_nici
You couldn’t trap a pig in an alley, you can’t stop anything.
You’ve offered nothing to the area since you were elected, unless the ambition was to talk up a truly vile man in Johnson.
You voted to allow tons of sewage dumped into our water ways, directly affecting the area
@KathyBurke
I mean the comment about her husband treating her well is a stretch of the truth or is she forgetting the drug fuelled throttling of her in the mid 80s?
@MikeyMcMahon
Off the field the club is moving in the direction it should’ve been doing 15 years ago. The levels of investment and time and effort that has had to go in to even make us look like a semi well run club should not be underestimated
@KevinSproston
Mercer is a typical Tory veteran; Sandhurst, special ops stuff, straight in with a high rank and left after ten years touring people loves as a Tory politician
@warwickmansell
This ain’t about teaching kids. It’s not about understanding basic human needs, it’s about control and conformity. And they wonder why EHE is on the rise…
@League1news22
The homemade nature, the varying sizes of letters, niche but factual…miles better than those professional things premier league teams have made…
@warwickmansell
@petergates3
the sad thing about researchED is that they shut down any challenge, many of its contributors block those that challenge or critically analyse what they say and respond differently. That’s not healthy and it also means many teachers just go along with them, again, not good
@AdrianBethune
Ironically, most of the private schools within a 50mile radius of me are bang average at best. Essentially paying for a fancy building and posh uniform…
@DonnieAndMooie
It does, because you stole their club. If that hadn’t happened, you’d still be a spurs fan living in concrete cow town and they’d not have to have started from the bottom again…
@_MGosling
The two can and should coexist. The concept in some schools of high expectations of behaviour is warped and unrealistic. One of our local secondary schools has a very relational approach to behaviour, low numbers of suspensions, high expectations and great exam results…
@TamieOfficial
It’s an unnecessary demonisation masquerading as a key detail. Just simply put ‘a woman ethically lost her life at the hands of a male perpetrator…again’
Ok, I added the last bit but my point stands…
@JoeBrummer
There’s two types of schools…those that embed restorative approaches to the point they’re a culture of the school and then there’s those that say they ‘do’ restorative…the latter are paying lip service and haven’t understood the brief
@talkSPORT
Get rid of Chelsea Spurs…Blackburn/Burnley, Oxford/Swindon, Forest/Derby, Grimsby/Scunny, Pompey/southampton, Bristol derby, Sheffield derby, Newcastle/sunderland…so many better games than Arsenal Spurs
@johnrobb77
delivered a truly magnificent interview with Noel. If there is a reunion you have to hand it to Robb, he has been at the forefront of music, culture and some of the most important moments ever. Nirvana, the Roses and potentially Oasis reunion. Bravo
@naomicfisher
The biggest tragedy is those kids forced resit because some suit decided that if it’s less than a Grade 4 it’s not a pass, when indeed it very much is a pass…then they’re essentially threatened with being thrown off of their much more useful and engaging vocational course
@Jenny_1884
Weird that you lot think this when in reality, we all love our country, we just don’t appreciate people being bigoted or disregarding people that aren’t like us
@Framheadteacher
It was always going to happen, especially after the 2014 SEND reforms. That said, some of the complaints I’ve seen from parents are completely justified, and not helped by the correspondence from schools.
@mattm_82
@oasis
That’s the issue, it’s far from sold out. It’s just the systems are woeful at dealing with stuff like this, which is embarrassing for a company that essentially has the monopoly
@TiceRichard
What absolute guff do you come out with? Your Bessie mate fucked off to America to earn cash rather than do the job of an MP…people in glass houses and all that
@naomicfisher
Two issues really; obsession with attendance and penalising kids for something which is out of their control. Secondly, just get rid of these ridiculous proms. They cause more harm than good and add simply used as a tool to manipulate kids to behave all year…
@LeeAndersonMP_
@reformparty_uk
@TiceRichard
It’s Skegness mate. It’s isolated, people never leave. They’re not foot soldiers, they’re just people with the inability to think for themselves and believe that immigration is a threat to their life when in fact the farming network in Lincolnshire would’ve failed without it
@dave_shoals
@OasisPodcast
Which is weird because the b sides are what make oasis. I guess they tend to know the b sides on the masterplan and years after that rather than the b sides to shakermaker. I still sang my heart out…
@DarrenSelkus
@reformparty_uk
Bullshit. Farage promised this back in 2016 and did nothing and remains doing nothing. He sat in Brussels and took the money, abstaining from voting that could’ve actually impacted positively. You can’t just reignite an industry that was obliterated…
@Dr_Pam_Jarvis
Nobody can verify it because it’s not true, and if they’re coming from teachers, teachers with those sort of views and beliefs probably shouldn’t be near the profession
@LizKershawDJ
There’s definitely something that’s tipped you over the edge. What on earth has role models got to do with it. You can meet people who are famous and not see them as a role model…
@LouiseScot51918
If you slowly pull says services like school nurses, surestart etc you’ll see a decline in socially, or is that what they actually wanted anyway?
@jaisra02
Bradford are like all those clubs that got in the prem once, they suddenly think they’re massive and often behave like entitled bell sniffs. Perhaps both teams are small and irrelevant to everyone else but they’re there because they were better than us all…
@nickdixoncomic
It’s not a war on working class people, it’s a war against the racists, the bigots and the absolute dregs of our society that think burning hotels, libraries and shoe shops is some sort of protest
