I really love this moment for that little step back/tears combination. He was hit with so much emotion in that moment seeing/being addressed by his baby boy, their baby boy, for the very first time it caused that physical reaction. Such a damn good actor.

Something I really loved was that they kissed, really kissed, before separating each time. It drives me nuts in shows when the couple doesn’t kiss at all or gives just a peck on the face somewhere before leaving each other. Even when it’s before a trip or they’re in grave danger!
TOWL gave us so much romance, even the pre battle kiss. Danai, Andy and Gimple really love us.
