Nah that was a different episode. The one you're thinking of was with "The Flying Car of the Future" and a screw was loose in the tower, causing part of the tower to crash into the garage

To be fair, the Alt moveset is MENACING. Until gen 6 it's the first time a Gym leader uses a Dragon type, and Dragon Dance with EQ and Aerial Ace provides really solid coverage for that gen. Admittedly Skarm walls it, but like... that's one mon

Toronto Regionals is over for me, but I put everything I had into it, and I think it showed in my placement! 9th place finish at 4-2 after a solid performance in Group A winner's side is a huge step up from my Vancouver record

Not to defend Niantic's decision here, but this is what happened in the Main Series as well. Dusk Form Lycanroc was originally introduced in Ultra Sun and Moon with an ability that was unobtainable on other Rockruff, so this is about the same

I am currently in a very stressful situation regarding my worlds qualification. I appear on the leaderboards with 487 Championship Points (13 short of qualifying), but the results from one of the events I attended are missing, (1/2)

Honestly, it's crazy how much appreciation Bulbasaur/Venusaur have gotten from competitive in the recent generations. The Mega was one of the most balanced in the game and it worked nicely, the G-Max has a neat effect and STAB on Poison moves (improving Sp. Atk), and Earth Power
