My lawyers did the most amazing job showing appeal board the OVERWHELMING evidence of what was allowed and what was not in Libor. The bar for them to overcome is very high, so to be unanimously fully acquitted on appeal quite rare... and a testament to their craft. Not done yet.
And then of course in January 2022, a US appeal court ruled the traders had done nothing wrong and criticised in a very fundamental way the prosecution’s case. Matt and Gavin Black were exonerated and his risky decision to publish returned a handsome reward.

Could not be happier that the
#PostOfficeScandal
is finally getting the attention that it deserves. Victims need to be compensated, and perpetrators of cover up(s) need to be prosecuted. Maybe for once UK can do the right thing by its citizens...

Rigged is an excellent read. Unfortunately it boils down to 1 simple issue - UK GVT, HMT, FCA, SFO, NCA, BoE, PRA etc. will all gang together, to cover up criminality in the City & scapegoat anyone who speaks out.

Got NJ Grand Juror summons. I'd never be accepted so I emailed court clerk (w/ this article attached): "I will show up, but take my word for it, you do NOT want me anywhere near your court." Heard back 10 min later: "You are excused."

The only people that knew more about
