UPDATE: My application to have the FCA & PRA added as 2nd and 3rd Respondent to my new Employment Tribunal claim against Lloyds was referred by the Judge at the hearing yesterday back to the original Judge for their re-consideration, who had in August accepted the new claim

This first action tomorrow is, as I understand it, unique. Perhaps because nobody has had the evidence to prove this before, or realised this was a criminal offence. Once I’ve made my report, I’ll share what the offence is. I’m sure many more can pursue same action.
