5yrs ago, I was morbidly obese, hypertensive and prediabetic and nobody close to me cared except for my wife.
Now I lost 100lbs fat, gained 15-20lbs muscle, workout 5 days a week after putting in 10-12hr days at work and I'm hitting yet another
I gained 200lbs+, to over 400lbs
Binge eating every night
Drank every weekend
Was single & alone
CRICKETS.

4½yrs ago these legs were 34" inseams of fat. They were attached to a 44" waist and at least contained 38% BF.
Going into 2023 I'm on my way to a sub 20% BF and muscle definition I only dreamed about.
2023 is going to be an outstanding year physically.
