Some years ago when it was REALLY cold at night he wore the winter-hat thing to bed too.

Risk reduction is a logical choice and many things we do every day are for risk reduction. It doesn't mean anything is 100% protective.

All the recent cases have been resolved. If they're finding them this fast then most of the cases are noncustodial parent/relative cases. You should be warning people about their ex-spouses and grandparents etc. **People need to be MORE wary of their RELATIVES, than strangers.**

She was going to have a mass removed from her liver yesterday, but it turned out it had spread and was inoperable, so we had to let her go.

Noche saw a specialist today. Dr.Lottati says Noche is at the tail end of her Cushings Disease, so she won't be taking Vetoryl any more. The vet says to enjoy our remaining time with Noche. (Maybe 2 weeks? 2 months?) She also says Noche can have fun foods now if she wants them❤️

This dentist is in denial. The hygienists who do the cleaning... a lot of them are rude grumps. I've been berated by two of them. My 89-year-old mother got berated by one and it really upset her.
They're not even being kindly and giving suggestions. They just rag on you.

Yep! I live in the valley north of Los Angeles, and there are 24 "little libraries" within driving distance; I keep track of them via Google Maps. We visit several each month. Fantastic variety of selection. Classics, crime, science fiction, romance, kids' books, etc.

There's one homeless guy that I've been trying to help for 3 or 4 years now, and he always refused to go to a shelter or hospital. (He needs surgery.) Yesterday he said he's willing to go anywhere a caseworker takes him. I submitted a city request last night. Crossing fingers!

5 years ago I started this acct cuz a company handling my dot-com site said I should have a personal acct separate from my commercial acct.
That's the only good advice they ever gave me. Apart from that they destroyed my dot-com site, which is still dead. :(

Mom is back at her place recovering, so I'll be here for a while longer to make sure she's stable. To people who've been messaging me, I'm sorry but I'm not focused on work right now. Sometime next month I should be back home again
Mom had a heart attack Aug 13, stent surgery Aug 14 (her 3rd stent overall), I flew up to take care of her at home for the week after, then yesterday I took her in for a checkup & she's back in the hospital. She might need another heart procedure today. I'm feeling very stressed
