@davidjamesdj @graeme_cobb Mine advice is similar. Pay off your mortgage as soon as possible, pay into your pension. If you can. You don’t know what’s coming. Your own home and a guaranteed income is the most important thing in old age or illness.

@humphbecket EV’s need decent, ev specific tyres, cheapos will be destroyed fast. My e-Golf came with Dunlop SP Sports, worn and all cracking by 16k. Michelin e-primacy lasted 25k+, rears at 40+ with minimal wear.

@andymhamilton @newt7215 I was against it too until I had a look at the car at Trafford Polestar. The rear view mirror is better than a normal mirror, clearer and wider angle. Camera is roof mounted to stay clean and the rear interior just seemed, well cosy.

Learning the lesson today of buy cheap pay twice. The fix will cost 8x the cost of the problem 😠
So, those valve caps you get from Amazon. Nice touch, smarter than the black plastic ones. Don’t buy them. Had a puncture today. Repaired no problem but found out all of these are now stuck to the valve stems. Poor quality alloy & brass reacts, who knew? Made in 🇨🇳 of course.
