I've not eaten vegetables or greens for four years. I eat high fat, high protein animal foods. Now mostly raw beef and eggs. I was fat, used a cpap for sleep apnea, had gout, full body psoriasis, arthritis, bleeding gums, athletes feet, and was t2 diabetic. Eat meat and live.
