Today with my 5 Brothers I carried my Mum and my best friend to her resting place beside my dad. Sad but overjoyed with pride to be one of 11 kids that got unconditional love from the most inspiring kind woman I know. A true roll model and always my best friend. Luv u Mum xxx

Unreal respect too my brother in law Leonard. He had the unreal heart ache of laying his beloved wife to rest on Tuesday but bravely stepped up and carried his brothers coffin 24 hours later. My wife's family have had a unreal week but through grief comes tremendous strenght.

As a full Time Sports coach this is a disaster but as a oncology patient with low white blood cells all this isolation and closures is to help people like me. It's OK to laugh that it's only a flu but not alright for people who can't fight the infection. Thanks

Today was mum's 90th birthday. You did not quiet make it mum but 89 and 3/4 you spread so much love and influence on the world. Miss you every day. I lost my best friend the world lost a pure legend.

It's begining to look a lot like Christmas when the angels in Rockefeller Centre go up. Well for me it is because my great Aunt Valerie Clarehout was the artist who made them in 1954 and they are pride and place every Christmas since. My mum was so proud of them and loved them.

1,000s of Intercounty and senior club training sessions I have done and tonight trumps all. Trained a div 5 U17 side as a favour to a friend. What was achieved in 60min was amazing. Eager, willing, adaptable, ability to improve and most important big smiles.

The landscape of safety has changed for so many after yesterday's events. I know a lot been made of the gender men Vs women violence etc. But simply everyone will be afraid to run or walk alone now in remote areas and that is so so sad from a person who needs to get out and run.

Broke my spine c2 fracture from rugby. Recovered and came back to play again. Injury happens in sport and I see more injuries in GAA than in rugby. Contact sport is fantastic and can't be banned or replaced. Play sport don't worry about what might happen just enjoy.
