Those are ok, but we have a different philosophy. Be nerdy. Demand change. Eat well and exercise- but don't over-optimize. Be an active player- build/support tech to solve aging. Feel tired often- because you're working hard. Support each other- because you're doing hard things.
My cult is better than your cult. Join my cult. Be jacked. Feel amazing. Look great. Be clear-headed. Have high energy. Maintain a stable mood. Be ambitious as fuck.

@LBF_org @bryan_johnson you asked for recommendations on more therapies to try. How about supporting the people who are trying to develop them. Even if only by promoting them (money not even necessary)? Does that fit into the "Don't Die" philosophy that you say I don't understand??
