So the Blocker provision didn’t actually keep them under 10%. Hunter alleges that Hudson Bay undercounted their ownership by excluding certain shares. And that at multiple times HBC owned more than 10%, they specifically note Feb7-10 and Mar20-22.

-Don’t play options just for earnings, the IV juices up contracts leading up to it and then dumps afterwards so the odds you win is slim.
-Get off RH or at least diversify your brokers
