$GME offered 20 million shares on the same day that Tzero received SEC and Finra approval on Sept. 10 2024 and received $400 million in proceeds from the sales. That offering was filed as a supplement to the S3 from May 17 2024, and the Open Market Sales Agreement™ with Jefferies included language covering digital assets 🪙 $400 million was also the same amount Ryan Cohen offered to buy $BBBY in December 2023 (which was after his interview with Gme DD), and now Buy Buy Baby is considering 2 separate offerings on Tzero? 🤔 Don't forget about the $GME investment policy, which allows Ryan Cohen to invest in the same companies as Gamestop in both public and private markets, aligning his personal financial interests with the company's investment decisions. 🥃 There are so many Cohencidences 🧸🏴☠️
