年収３７０万の７万円と年収１２００万の２９万円、どちらが経済的な負担がおおきいのかな？貧乏人に厳しいと思うけど。 どちらにしてもアメリカでの医療の最高自己負担より大きい。アメリカで良い保険に入っていれば１年の自己負担の上限は３０００ドルくらい。
たぶん、本当に今回の高額療養費の上限引き上げが行われたら、 『治療を受けて生き残るためには、離婚をして生活保護を受けるしか選択肢がない人』 が出てくると予想されているけど、それって滅茶苦茶じゃない？
