That is not at all what happened. The charges were for falsification of business records. The records were falsified to cover up three other crimes. The jury did not have to agree on which of the three other crimes because any one of them make it a felony.

Transplant guidelines will not allow for transplants that may easily reinfect or damage the transplanted organ. The lung will go to a candidate with healthier lung choices. They will also deny you for a lung transplant if you are a current smoker for the same reason.
