No, it's not. Nurses are on AfC, for a start, and only one group of many. Most are in Unison. Unison accepted it, and Unison and Unite are by far the two largest Trades Unions in the UK, never mind in the NHS. GMB membership in the SNHS has dropped due to poor representation.
