BBC Scotland has put itself at the disposal of Anas Sarwar to minimise the damage the Grangemouth issue has cause the Scottish Labour leader. The station is broadcasting a statement from him completely unchallenged. He appears to have fielded no questions.

@paulhutcheon Ask any young Scot today if they want nuclear power stations or nuclear WOMD stationed in this country, I’ll bet the answer will be absolutely not, even my generation always spoke about what ifs, for example what if there was a nuclear accident in such a small country ?
