Scotland’s care sector is on its knees, right now.
But instead of taking action today, the out-of-touch SNP want to waste years on a doomed restructuring that no-one actually thinks will help👇

pressed the SNP Government on why it wasn’t ditching its National Care Service plan to instead take a common sense approach and put money directly into frontline care.👇
New Tory leader

: "This government needs a reality check - it's become disconnected from the people it's supposed to represent.
"Surely it's commonsense to ditch the SNP's National Care Service plan and put the money directly into frontline care?"

The Scottish public are fed up of out-of-touch politicians and their self-interested agendas.
Under

Honoured to celebrate the bicentenary of the world’s first municipal fire and rescue service, formed in Edinburgh in 1824. A huge thank you to Chief Officer Ross Haggart for his years of service as he retires this month. Warmest welcome to Stuart Stevens as he steps into the role
🗞️“There aren’t many other forms of problematic behaviour or habit that are supposedly cured by encouraging use of the very thing that’s causing the issue.”
My thoughts on Glasgow’s drug consumption room are now available:
It's disgraceful to see a five-year high in veterans declaring themselves homeless in Scotland.
The SNP must address their failure to build enough homes and start providing Scotland's heroes with the support and housing they deserve.
Congratulations to my friend and colleague
@RussellFindlay1
on being elected as the new leader of

I look forward to working with him.
Opportunity, aspiration and decency.
The finishing line is in sight, with voting in the

Keir Starmer is stripping 900,000 Scottish pensioners of their winter fuel allowance just as the weather is getting colder, a decision backed by the SNP.
Yet he can't he even bring himself to say sorry to those he has betrayed.
The Commonwealth Games will be a great opportunity for Glasgow, but the city must get this right.
We can't afford to hang the bunting out while our city crumbles under savage SNP cuts.
Glaswegians want us to get this right - that's what I told
@ScottishSun
in Tollcross 👇
This is devastating for the workforce in Glasgow and their families. I will immediately reach out to the Scottish Government to see what can be done to protect this historic and important site.
If Keir Starmer needs someone to buy his clothes for him when he earns £167,000 per year, why does he think pensioners on just over £13,000 don't need their winter fuel allowance?
I spoke in my maiden speech, 8 years ago, of the drug death crisis. But instead of debates on this crisis, the SNP want to talk about independence. Shame on them.
#RightToRecoveryBill
21,965 drug and alcohol related deaths have been recorded since 2014.
Meanwhile, the SNP have spent a decade ignoring the result of the referendum and prioritising the break up of the UK - their eye was well and truly "off the ball".
