Rest in Peace Ray.Legendary figure for me growing up idolising that group of 70’s / 80’s icons. He was admired by so many in football for how he played the game, what he achieved & his bravery in battling the blight of Parkinson’s for all those years
We are mourning legendary former player Ray Kennedy, who has passed away at the age of 70. The thoughts of everybody at Liverpool Football Club are with Ray’s family and friends at this sad and difficult time. Rest in peace Ray, 1951-2021.

Despite being gutted @LFC didn’t enjoy a miracle yesterday & win the Premier League, I did have the joy of seeing Mabel-Rose retain her Surrey Championship high jump. My loyalties were severely tested though, with both happening at 3pm! .Let’s just say I chose wisely.
