@emptywheel If the law was poorly written….and/or did not get sufficient congressional oversight on the execution aspects….. Speaker Johnson owns those failures. He should demand Elon the Musk testify as to any “fraud” they discovered (if there is any) and take ownership of fixing the Law

@PiperK @elonmusk Elon- Congress passed the legislation and have oversight responsibilities as well. If they wish to make changes to the laws they are free to do so. Perhaps you could just buy them lunch?
