Visibility is important. Itβs important because tomorrow deaf, LGBTQ+ and black people will face discrimination and exclusion. Visibility itself doesnβt end that but it does shift attitudes and let people in those communities know theyβre not alone and know what they can achieve.

When I started work at @stonewalluk I felt like the only person of faith and belief working there (I wasnβt). Now we have an established staff network and are closing our all staff day with a panel of LGBT people of faith. Iβm so happy weβre vocal about this.
