@ards01 My apologies that you are still waiting on your remaining order to be delivered. The supplier have responded to say that the delivery was delivered to 'reception/front desk' and signed for by 'A.KRISH'. Please can you advise on this so we can get this investigated

@LisaLovesPearl I am sorry to hear this. Sometimes store can not accept online order returns if they were delivered directly form the supplier. Please can you DM the order number so I can look in to this further for you
