@Homebase_help It was the basildon store, they have now told me that I will have to take the whole thing down and return it when I only need 2 parts. The part that buckled and a bar that has bent. The gazebo doesn't just pop up and down this is a huge inconvenience to me. I'm not happy at all

@Homebase_uk terrible customer service, bought a heavy framed gazebo last week, frame on extended side has buckled. Phoned customer service was told phone the store as there is nothing they can do, the store then puts the phone on the desk and hangs up after a few minutes.

@RoyalMail I've been waiting for 3 separate deliveries since before Xmas, 1 had next day delivery. We are now on the 31st and nothing has turned up. But I have received a delivery from Toyko that was sent a few days ago. Hows that work!
