@BootsUK your customer service is rubbish, my mum has a £30 e card that she can’t use as showing an error message. No one is helping her and the mascara she wanted to buy was on offer and now isn’t! You really should look after your older customers better.

@AsdaServiceTeam it’s about time someone sorted out the Romford store and employed some more staff 10am on a Friday, no trollies and not 1 till open. Not good enough Asda!

@verynetwork my daughter is at her wits end. The shark hoover she brought for her new home is broken and has been waiting weeks for it to be collected. Literally rung customer service endless times who tell her it will be collected. Really poor service, I’m shocked!

@piersmorgan my nephew Ben Diable & his mum (& carer) Steph would like to say a massive thank you to the hard working staff at Victoria Hospital in Romford where they received their jabs today. Bens sister works in a nursery so was a big relief for them 😀

@piersmorgan How can it be fair that over 65’s will not be put on ventilators if required by younger people! My 73 year old mum worked til she was 69, paid her taxes all her life and keeps fit and healthy so she’s not a burden to anyone including the NHS. It’s a bloody disgrace 😡

@Debenhams why have I had to hang up after waiting 35 minutes to speak to someone about my missing parcels? 5 to 10 mins your answer phone says not good enough employ more staff at this time of year.

@myhermes How can you send me a email saying I have signed for 2 parcels this evening when I haven’t, I have been in all evening! Your employees are untrustworthy and have clearly stolen my parcels.
