In the pandemic, Gary Neville let struggling nurses stay in his hotel for free. John Henry plotted with the Glaziers to take even more money out of football. Guess which one Klopp had a go at, and who he described as a "great person". Clown.

Dominic Calvert Lewin has a goal ever 180 minutes this season. Rashford has a goal every 250 minutes. Last season Rashford scored a goal every 257 minutes. People's perceptions are odd. One is seen as the future of English football, the other as not good enough for Everton.

When you strip back all the details of accountancy, what the PL is arguing, is a side who have a negative spend of £35m in transfers have gained an unfair advantage over a side who have spent £650m in a single year, that the latter side should feel cheated by their conduct.

For 60 odd million, has anyone every seen a more expensive flop than that Naby Keita. A creative midfielder who doesnt score or create anything. Hideous waste of money.

You know, I think today was one of those games we lose without Ancelotti. His subs stabilised us and the decision to keep James on until we got ahead was key.

Aside from the ethics, or greedy people being more greedy, an "super" league that doesnt have Bayern Munich, City, PSG and to a degree Dortmund, Leipzig, Leverkusen, Lyon etc but has Tottenham and Arsenal, is not particularly "super".

28 conceded in 15 he didnt play. 29 conceded in 23 he did play. His experience, ability to be fit every week, and leadership makes it a no brainer for me. 7 clean sheets in 23 with him as well.

Do you reckon he’s on the verge of signing? That caption seems to suggest he’s going nowhere.

A wonderful team display. Honestly could have had 11 MOTMs today. Special mention to 2 unsung heroes though; Alex Iwobi and Jonjo Kenny. Iwobi hasn't had an easy time here, but thought he ran himself into the ground today. Kenny exemplifies the attitude we have been lacking.

Some perspective. That was our toughest remaining game. Dyche's first 10 games had 6 "top 6" teams + Villa/Brentford. The final 8 games we have 1 "top 6" team. It hasnt been a good performance, but you cant infer much from it.

Dominic Calvert Lewin 17/18. Minutes 1846, goals 4, assists 8. Total 12 Marcus Rashford 17/18. Minutes 1797, goals 5, assists 7. Total 12 I really like Rashford, but I think these stats underline the potential of Calvert Lewin.

Pochetino's first 21 games at Spurs heralded 34 points. Klopps first 21 games with Liverpool was 32 points. Both were lower ppg than the previous season where Spurs got 1.68 (64 points/38g) & Liverpool were 1.63 (62p/38g).

There's a really credible argument that DCL is more critical to Everton under this manager than Brainthwaite. Our results as previously noted are chalk and cheese when he plays. It's also worth noting, he keeps improving, and target men tend to peak later.

I'm seeing Henry Winter may have described voiding the season as "surrender". Who exactly are we surrendering to? Oh I know, let's play a load of football, that'll show the virus who's boss.

When Joe Royle and Willie Donnachie arrived at Everton post Mike Walker in 94, they watched hours of videos, and both came to the same conclusion- "soft touch". That has been us this season, and in honesty for most of the last 5 years. That's the biggest change we need IMO.

In (league) games Tom Davies has started for Everton this season, we have got 11 points from 7 games. 1.57 ppg. In games he hasn't started we have got 19 points from 16 games. 1.19 ppg. Can someone explain to me how a 20 year old Tom Davies is the biggest problem we have?

This season Ajax and Tottenham have got to the semi finals. In other years you have had Roma, Monaco etc. This should fill all Everton fans with grounds for optimism. Their budgets are not massively different to ours.

This stuff isn't helpful. He was injured for 2 years as idiots rushed him back. Scored crucial goals in that time. A big reason of our improvement last year. EFC were offering low contracts pre the takeover. That may change now.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is paid handsomely and scored 14 Premier League goals in 3 seasons. He owed Everton and their fans respect, and now he has rejected a contract and looked elsewhere, he must be sold.

@kevin_ovenden @stonewalluk And I might be confused, but I'm pretty sure you were campaigning in favour of the right to same sex attraction? Not to remove the concept of sex attraction?

@sally_hines Here's an idea Sally. Black feminism belongs to/means black women, not white middle class academics looking to score points. I'm sure they are capable of defining their own movement.

I would also add, when you scenes like this completely validate what Mayor Anderson warned of. It's not about Liverpool fans, I just think there's a section in British society who don't understand how a pandemic is spread and can't be trusted. This needs to be highlighted more.
