@TheJasonPugh Nobody had a good time during the pandemic. No one’s difficulty during that time canceled out anyone else’s. The people of Ottawa lived through COVID too and then had to live 3 weeks of the chaos that the occupation brought.

Today in 1974, Elton John brought John Lennon on stage at Madison Square Garden in New York City for a Thanksgiving Day concert. The two performed “Whatever Gets You Thru The Night”, “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”, and “I Saw Her Standing There”. This was John’s last concert.

@BeatlesEarth Paul creating “Get Back” while we watch was a high point. A sad moment but “And then there were two” was a glimpse into Paul and how much he loved The Beatles. The breakup of the group was very hard on Paul. Without Linda, who knows how badly things could have become.

Just in case Twitter dies. Trek Twitter has been such a great time. I became a fan in 1976, I was 9. None of my friends liked the show. There was no one to share with. Finding a group of people with a common interest and having fun discussion has meant lots to me. Thank you.
