@ContentWxGuy After the 20th, Winter will be coming to mostly an end in East. Blocking breaks down around North Pacific, cross polar flow ends, Pacific Jet comes in, block weakens near Greenland. East Coast Ridge will explode

@SNEWxCenter It's after this that Winter will be over in the East. Not that we can't still get something, but the Pacific Jet will start coming in with mild air, blocking breaks down in North Pacific and NAO starts rising. Enjoy the storms because it's over soon

@SNEWxCenter I think toward the end of the month/early March the pattern starts to warm in East and break down. Even if it doesn't, we are not going to see any more brutal cold outside the possibility around the 16th-18th. The cold is starting to get used. Month of blocking has depleted it.

@blizzardof96 @webberweather When I look at things, I think things will be overblown. After those dual blocks do their thing, Winter will be over. All the cold will be tapped out by mid March

@SNEWxCenter That weather pattern doesn't scream any snow to me for NY/New England if the vortex does that. It's back to frigid and dry.

@WBJMItch I have no idea why the people on the weather boards are excited about a big split and vortex diving at us. Your not getting snow outta that. Just more bone dry and frigid. I'd rather see vortex out by South Central Canada.

@RaleighWx I gotta think when this all breaks down, Winter will end abruptly. Northeast might actually have a Spring, since it's all happening earlier than past several years

@webberweather I gotta think when all this breaks down at some point, Winter will abruptly end. Good thing is, all this happening early should mean an actual Spring for Northeast this year once later March and April arrives.

@bamwxcom All I see there is same old same old. The vortex coming straight at Great Lakes/Northeast, crushing everything and just cold/dry, not exactly exciting

@Seth_Coop I have heard about all the issues going on behind the scenes. If people knew, they'd be shocked or maybe they wouldn't. Mr. MacArthur needs to go, he's clueless.

@BigJoeBastardi I am still trying to figure out where the warm air is living in the Northeast. We have had zero warm up. In fact, it's same old same old.

@Seth_Coop Problems unfortunately start with Ownership and work downward. The Coaching staff isn't good enough to attract players and we don't have the money to give out "incentives"
