@kukrejadrkanika @DrRazi4 @ecgandrhythmRoe @rajivasr My answer is: I don't know for sure. I see a WCT with 1:1 V-A conduction (P retrograde in DII?), Q waves in inferior with STE and STD in DI, aVL, V2-V6 (OMI? Inferior wall aneurysm?), Delta wave. Maybe A-AVRT. This is super ECG 😳
