"ESCAPE MAPPING". I use this in every AF ablation case.. makes touching up PVI gaps much easier than what I used to do. Pace from the ablator and make your CS as reference. Then just look for the purple breakthrough! #AFablation @thejvandoren

Im gonna repeat something that people probably arent using but should. I swear by ultra rapid trains for vt induction. Credit to john fisher for inventing it.
UltraRapid Trains.... the best way to quickly induce VT. Beats the tedious decremental methods of coming down on intervals. Fantastic for VT ablation purposes. I use it up to double extrastimuli with very little risk for VF. Been using it for years.
