This editorial and the associated article are eye-opening. PFA is not as effective as we originally thought. One takeaway from this is that mapping and ICE have a more vital role in ensuring contact for durable ablation. Worth a read #EPeeps

I've also always called it PMT but def heard others say ELT Great tracings btw, had a similar tracing today w a pt but he was in a 2:1 AT and his device A paced just before/on every other A, w the other A w/in PVARP

@FYang_EP As you mentioned, restarting on a new platform has its drawbacks, mainly including starting over but the engagement so far has been quite good especially as more people transition over.
