@JICE_EP @VanessaSciacca_ @MoneebKhalaph Thank you for sharing. Question for the authors: would like to see rates of AF recurrence and typical sites of reconnection as safety measures to prevent phrenic nerve injury would not be expected to overshadow the efficacy of ablation (higher AF recurrence/reconnection).

@DrRajeshG1 The cage would point to the chamber where the native valves would usually open ( MV cage points to LV)

The HEARTS Act has officially passed the Senate and is now on its way to President Biden's desk for signing into law! 🏫❤️⚡ As a proud member of the Smart Heart Sports Coalition, HRS is thrilled to see this major step toward ensuring all schools are equipped with AEDs, CPR training, and emergency action plans—lifesaving tools that every child deserves. This victory was made possible thanks to a powerful grassroots campaign by HRS, where Society members came together to submit letters to legislators in Washington, DC, urging them to support this critical legislation. Learn more about the HEARTS Act and how it will save lives:

Viewpoint: Medical students and residents need to be educated on health policy issues like insurance, payment models, and drug regulation to better understand the factors that impact patient health outcomes.

@GloktaSand @willyhfrick @syamkumarmd Agreed, but the tram track appearance depends on the timing of the T wave peak between the RR interval and needs a non-midpoint T wave peak. Here, the v rate is double the a rate throughout the event and as you highlighted, they appears to be no triggering event.

@willyhfrick @syamkumarmd OR I am tempted to say TWOS triggering detection and ATP and the sequence thereafter because the atrial rate which was sinus tachycardia remained unchained during the said event but V rate nearly doubled.
