I finally got around to contacting the owners of the ships which headed straight towards the Nord Stream 1 explosion sites when they happened.
The answer was quite interesting ⬇️
10/ The second blast site in the Swedish zone had less traffic passing right over (as predicted). But st the time of blast Cellus and Radich were heading towards the plume, and diverted although no warning was issued until 1:45 after. Big ships!

I now got a response from the Swedish seismologists regarding the

Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish measurements agree.
Timing was 22:21:40 +/- 2 seconds.
Newnew Polar Bear's bow was then 330 meters passed the pipe's original position, +- 10 meters.
