We are the second richest state in the US with a 27B surplus, but 24 states pay teachers more than we do. Tx was one of the 12 states that turned down additional Medicaid that would be federally funded, helping more than 1.4 million people in Texas. It's not hard to look up.

He did not shut down any domestic drilling already in place. The pipeline had not been built and it was to transport heavy tar sands from Canada to be refined and shipped out to other countries. Many oil wells were shut down by companies during the pandemic, lack of demand.
