Last paper from my PhD finally published!
This was an intervention focused on reducing stigma in psychiatry trainees, as despite our training, we can also hold stigmatising attitudes against our patients. So, this was a little effort to address this issue

I felt ashamed I never asked, I guess I never knew what to say before. Unfortunately, suicide is not only a terrible issue, it carries too much stigma which it makes it harder to talk about and prevent. Although is hard, talking about it, it's the first step to prevent suicides.

Once when I was a junior doctors, during a very long surgery, the two surgeons asked for stools for them but not for me. My legs were in pain, I almost wanted to cry. Then a very nice nurse brought a stool for me, then I wanted to cry for her kindness. I'll never forget that day.

Psychiatrists are used to treat people who have been traditionally denied of rights for being seeing as different or less than. For me is just inconceivable that my same colleagues has less empathy than doctors from other specialities, tells you something about their core values.
I am a member of two medical royal colleges. They seem to be profoundly different.
